Lavni is a Medicaid-first online therapy platform. We make it easier for members to get care and easier for payers to trust the data.
Our platform connects members with licensed therapists who accept their insurance. We handle scheduling, documentation, and billing so providers can focus on care.

Many Medicaid members cannot find in-network therapists. When they do, payers get claims without clear context or outcomes.
Learn more about why we built Lavni to address these challenges.
Lavni operates as a network partner that expands access while keeping documentation and billing consistent.
Lavni focuses on Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial behavioral health. Our network includes licensed and associate-licensed clinicians who are credentialed and ready to see members.
Lavni manages credentialing and can bring providers live in weeks, not months. This means members get access faster.
Bi-weekly payouts mean providers are more willing to accept and keep Medicaid members. This reduces churn and improves continuity of care.
Online sessions by secure video or phone, with in-person options where available. Members can get care when and where it works for them.

Lavni tracks symptoms over time to support value-based care. We collect standard assessment tools at intake and at regular points during care.
Lavni can collect and track standard tools, including:
These forms are used at intake and then at regular points during care to see if symptoms are going up or down.
Example: Across thousands of sessions, average PHQ-9 scores move from moderate to mild symptoms over the first 8–12 weeks of care for many clients.

Payers need to know that billed care really happened and that records have not been changed after the fact.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Member information stays secure throughout the care process.
Each session creates metadata that includes who, when, and what type of visit. This creates a clear record that cannot be altered without detection.
A cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of session metadata is anchored to a public blockchain. If someone tries to change the record later, the fingerprint no longer matches.
Only the hash is anchored. Member identities and clinical notes stay inside Lavni's secure system. Nothing sensitive goes on the blockchain.
This makes audits faster and gives payers more confidence in which claims are safe. You can verify that care happened when it was billed, without spending weeks digging through inconsistent records.
Lavni not only supports payers but also makes work easier for therapists. When providers have better tools, they can see more members and keep better records.
